  • Who are We?
    Our experts at ‘Pension & Aged Care Services’ have extensive knowledge of all matters relating to pensions and aged care. Jim and Jeremy have over 40 years of combined experience in the field. Jim has previously held senior positions within the Department of Social Security including the in the policy unit, State Co-ordinator of the Financial Information Service and various other senior positions. We have offices located in Camberwell, Essendon and the CBD.
  • What services do we provide?
    We will assist you with all matters relating to Centrelink and Aged Care services. We will assist you with your Centrelink application from start to finish. This could involve:- • Completion of all paperwork relating to your application. • Lodgement of all paperwork with Centrelink. • Constant follow-up of your application to ensure it is processed as quickly as possible. • Deal with any additional requests for information from Centrelink. We will deal with Centrelink on your behalf, under the terms of an authority provided by you.
  • Do you work with other professionals?
    We can work closely with any other professionals who act for you, subject to your consent for us to do so. We may need to gather information from professionals such as your accountant, solicitor or financial adviser to assist with your Centrelink application.
  • Do you handle interstate and international cases?
    We welcome any requests for our assistance from interstate and overseas clients.
